The sleeplessness

Night is a time when all people fall asleep in order to recollect strength for the next day, for their further life and for their further activity. It is time when world is calm and silent and there are a few people who are awaken. Well, as the matte of fact it is common for people today not to fall asleep at night, though in most cases it is natural – the night sleep.
Night sleep provides people with rest, with rest for both: body and psychic. It is necessary for us to sleep at night; otherwise we will feel depressed and smashed the next day in case if we won't have our night rest. Though. There are people who are deprived of the opportunity to have their night sleep. They are people who suffer from sleeplessness.
It is a common mental disease of nowadays. People are too nervous and worried of number of things and so they just can't fall asleep at night. It is wrong to miss one's sleep at night as it is pregnant with a number of negative sequences. People, who have lost their calm and can't sleep at night, usually feel rather tired in the morning.
They are people who have no rest and so, with the lapse of time, they will become too nervous and anxious about everything. They will grow mad at once even if the problem is keys left on the table but not on the cupboard.
